What the €4,500 monthly Studio plan includes
BIM12 Studio is a monthly architectural modeling offer for practices that need a defined amount of external capacity. The plan costs €4,500 per month, excluding VAT, and includes six projects. Each project covers up to four floors, giving a maximum of twenty-four floors when all six projects use the full four-floor allowance.
Understand the production allowance
The scope is an architectural base, with delivery in Revit or IFC as agreed. Inputs can include PDF, DWG or a photo of a drawing, accompanied by the information needed to interpret it. Confirm heights, levels, naming, required Revit version and information depth before starting. Engineering is not automatically included. Count real projects and floors against the plan rather than assuming that the monthly allowance is a general pool for any type or complexity of design work.
Include the workflow services
Studio includes the platform, a web viewer, standard setup, human review and priority support by email and WhatsApp. Each floor includes four rounds of changes. The delivery commitment is three to twelve hours per floor from receipt of the complete drawing and required information. If a floor exceeds twelve hours, that floor is not charged and is still delivered. These conditions need to be understood together: a complete package and an agreed scope are essential to the timing and review process.
Plan the month around readiness
List the projects you expect to submit and identify when their references will be complete. Reserve internal time for questions and acceptance reviews, particularly when several floors arrive together. Unused projects carry over to the following month, without implying unlimited accumulation. Quarterly payment applies a 15% discount, bringing Studio to €11,475 per quarter before VAT. There is no minimum commitment and cancellation is by email; confirm the practical administration of any change against the agreed service terms.
A Studio fit check
- Count expected projects and their actual floors against the six-project allowance, identifying when complete source information will be ready to enter the agreed workflow.
- Confirm the team can answer questions and review returned bases, rather than assuming all internal effort disappears because modeling production is included in the fee.
- Record the chosen billing period, before-VAT amount and required standards, keeping any additional engineering or unusual detail needs separate from the architectural base.
Studio suits a workload that can use its project allowance and a team able to provide clear inputs and timely decisions. The fifteen-minute capacity audit can explore those conditions. Use it to check the actual pipeline, required standards and review availability. The plan is valuable when the practice can turn the returned architectural bases into useful progress on its projects, rather than merely fill a quota.
General guidance: each project's scope is confirmed before commissioning.
